Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

If you have subscribed to a recurring purchase option for any Orvani product, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. There are no cancellation fees.

How to Cancel

• Log in to your Orvani account and navigate to your active subscriptions to manage or cancel.
• Alternatively, email us at ecrabverse@gmail.com with your order number and a request to cancel. We will process your cancellation within 1-2 business days.

Refunds on Subscriptions

If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Changes to Subscriptions

You may modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at ecrabverse@gmail.com.
